Daily Movement: Enjoy energizing yoga, breathwork, and fitness sessions led by Alicia Tillman, tailored to all levels. Whether you're deepening your practice or discovering it for the first time, these sessions will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and inspired.
Mindfulness & Relaxation: Begin each day with moments of mindfulness and end with activities like journaling on the beach or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
Adventure Awaits: Explore the stunning Costa Rican landscape with guided hikes to waterfalls, optional surf lessons, and free time to relax by the beach or pool.
